Theme, size, etc., must first be submitted by e-mail. After reviewing the details for the prospective work , several photos should then be submitted for consideration in an e-mail attachment if the subject is a portrait or otherwise (something personal, etc.). A phone number should also be provided so that the client and artist can further discuss the subject details. The artist will then reply by email to schedule a time to call if the artist is able to accept the prospective commission for consideration. This can be done via Skype or, if the client does not have a Skype account, the artist will call the prospective client at no charge after scheduling a time that is convenient. If the subject of the art work is representaional, the photo images in the email attachments should be high resolution and, ideally, of photos that were taken professionally or that have sharpness or clarity of detail.
A deposit of 50% is required upon agreement of the commission proposal which can be submitted through PayPal, if preferred. Photo images will be sent to the client upon completion of the artwork for approval. Final payment is due upon delivery of the commissioned piece.
